Kai Adam was born 1977 in Germany and lives since 2002 in Spain. He
studied Film at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg and in Cuenca.
His graduate work was shown on the film festivals of Locarno and
Clermont-Ferrand and received several awards. He produced several
independent short movies between Spain and Germany which where shown on
festivals all around the world. In 2013 he finishes with "nu-project" from the UK the documentary "words
from the edge" and prepares for future projects like f.e."the found
garden".
Kai Adam nació en 1977 en Alemania y vive desde
2002 en España. Ha estudiado Cine en la facultad de Bellas Artes de
Hamburgo y Cuenca. Su trabajo de final de carrera se proyectó en los
festivales de Locarno y Clermont-Ferrand y recibió varios premios. Ha
producido varios cortometrajes independientes entre España y Alemania
que se han mostrado en festivales de todo el mundo. Desde En 2013 trabaja con el "nu-project" del Reino Unido y acaba el
documental "words from the edge" y prepara más proyectos como p.e. el "jardin
encontrado".

geboren und lebt seit 2002 in Spanien. Er studierte Film an der
Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Hamburg und in Cuenca. Seine
Abschlussarbeit wurde auf den Filmfestivals von Locarno und
Clermont-Ferrand gezeigt und erhielt mehrere Auszeichnungen. Zwischen
Spanien und Deutschland hat er mehrere Kurzfilme produziert, die in
aller Welt auf Festivals gezeigt wurden. 2013 arbeitet er mit dem
"nu-project" aus England an dem Dokumentarfilm "words from the edge" und
bereitet weitere Projekte wie z.B."Der gefundene Garten" vor.
